Position is responsible for logistical oversight of LE Staff evaluation process and processing of within range increase (WRI) personnel actions; will coordinate LE Staff orientation program and the point of contact for Length of service and safe driving awards process.
Overall supervision provided by HR Assistant (Performance and Analytical Team Lead) , Position number C54010.
EXPERIENCE: Two years of progressively responsible experience in the field of Human Resources, Management or Administration is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: State Department HR Policies and guides, Foreign Affairs Manual, Mission Awards Policy and Regulations, Performance Management Policy.
Two years of university or college studies is required.
LANGUAGE: English Level IV (Fluent, Speaking/Reading/Writing) is required (This may be tested). Kiswahili Level III (Good working Knowledge, Speaking/Reading/Writing) is required.
